Larry Mano

As a member of the management team that oversees the family of Schwab Funds®,, Schwab’s actively-managed equity funds and index funds, Larry Mano is senior portfolio manager for nine of Schwab’s actively-managed equity funds and five equity index funds.  He co-manages more than $27 billion in assets.

Prior to joining Charles Schwab Investment Management in 1998, Mano was a vice president and principal within the institutional services group at Wilshire Associates, Inc.  He directed product development and client services for analytical tools used to manage structured equity and indexed portfolios for large institutional organizations, investment management firms and public funds.

Mano earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in investment and finance from California State University at Long Beach.
