Executive Vice President – Schwab Investor Development

 

Lisa Kidd Hunt is the head of Schwab Investor Development, which works to provide participants of Schwab's Retirement and Stock Plan Services a path for financial fitness. Investor Development introduces these participants to the full spectrum of Schwab retail brokerage and bank services. Hunt directs the strategy and development of programs and offers for Schwab Investor Development.

 

Most recently, Hunt led the Client Relationship Support area within Schwab Investor Services, directly responsible for training, technology, local marketing and the Portfolio Consulting group, which provides fee-based help and guidance to Schwab clients.

 

Hunt has worked in the securities industry for 23 years, the past 17 with Schwab. During her tenure at Schwab, she has worked in both the retail and institutional enterprises, focusing on sales management and new business development in a variety of both client-facing and staff roles. Prior to joining Schwab in 1992, Hunt worked as a municipal bond trader for six years.

 

Hunt received her bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in economics from the University of Maryland. She is a fellow with the International Women’s Forum and has participated in executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Cambridge University.
