Whether employees are participating in the company-sponsored Schwab Volunteer Week or donating their time and talents throughout the year, the focus is the same: We're dedicated to helping nonprofits lift people out of poverty and improve their financial well-being.

Schwab employees contribute time and talents to their communities.

During Schwab Volunteer Week, employees have worked with nonprofit groups such as Boys & Girls Clubs, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities and The Salvation Army. Employees also volunteer to assist local schools, parks, food banks and cultural centers, plus organizations that provide health, social and human series to women, children, families and seniors.
