Social Responsibility

Financial education is our top priority, and we strive to make a positive impact on the communities where we live and work.

Financial Education: Through websites, workshops, articles and books, we help consumers with money issues that matter most.
Volunteerism: Employees donate their time and talents to bring Schwab's vision and values to life.
Corporate Giving: We encourage employee philanthropy, provide financial support and sponsor charitable events through the independent, nonprofit Charles Schwab Foundation and The Charles Schwab Corporation.
Environment: We want our impact to be large but our environmental footprint to be small – so we strive to be environmentally friendly in our workplace.
