Operations
Schwab Institutional Services includes two primary divisions:
- Advisor Services, which meets the needs of approximately 5,500 Registered Investment Advisors. These independent, fee-based investment advisors turn to Schwab for custodial, operational and trading support.
- Corporate & Retirement Services, which serves thousands of company plan sponsors. Employers and third-party benefit plan administrators rely on Schwab to support investing services through the workplace, including retirement plans for employers and employees, advice services and education.
