Institutional Services provides dedicated support for independent investment advisors, employers and third-party benefit plan administrators.

Structure
Institutional Services includes four business units, each focused on a distinct client need.
- Advisor Services, led by Bernie Clark, provides trading, custody, technology, practice management and other support services to help more than 6,000 independent investment advisors grow and serve their clients.
- Retirement Plan Services, led by Steve Anderson, manages bundled workplace retirement plans for thousands of employers representing more than 1.5 million retirement plan participants.
- Corporate Brokerage Services, led by Trish Cox, handles all brokerage-related corporate services, including stock plan services, designated brokerage, mutual fund clearing and investment-only sales to employers.
- Retirement Business Services, led by Mark Coffrini, serves retirement advisors and independent recordkeepers and manages the Business Trust division of Charles Schwab Bank.
